Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using DeworkAI.
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version at /terms prevails.
DeworkAI ("the Service") is an AI agent service. With your authorization, it performs the tasks you delegate, on your own devices and accounts.
During the closed beta, accounts are activated with an invite key issued by the operator. You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for your account's security.
The AI agent acts on third-party platforms (e.g. social networks, email, the browser) on your behalf, therefore:
For irreversible actions such as public posting or payments, the Service stops and waits for your confirmation before proceeding. Once you confirm, the resulting outcome is your responsibility.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or wrong; verify before relying on it. The Service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Service is currently free during the closed beta, with AI usage measured in credits. Paid plans will launch later; payment processing is not yet enabled.
You authorize the Service to operate the third-party accounts you connect on your behalf, and you may revoke a connection at any time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time; updates will be posted on this page with an effective date.
These terms, and any dispute related to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
